Sounds perfect, Russell.
I'm not one for too much formality.
It may be that Ace like to control that side of things. Dunno yet.
Now awaiting confirmation of May date. Presumably, they will make us aware of their own requirements, if any.

Many thanks for offering to assist, sir.

Charge £75 for parking.  Seems to limit the enthusiasm.

If my memory serves me correctly, last year there were circa 50-60 Astons present at the AceTON Cafe (I think the photo's of the event show about 50 in the car park and there were one or two that parked on the street outside.  I am not sure now whether, or not, it was Andrew's original suggestion to attempt 60 cars in order to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee.  What I do recall is that we were all provided with a plan of the parking layout and allocated a number to display in the windscreen on arrival.  The parking was a little cramped, particularly for all the "7's" present on the day, nonetheless, it was a very enjoyable day and I will definitely clear space in the diary if it is to be repeated.

Andrew did a great job last year.
Russell is right. It would be easier and possibly more sociable just to park randomly rather than by model type.
This is last years plan.

Maybe we could colour coordinate Green fast ones at the front and slow black ones at the back  ;D
not parking next to Russell his car tried it on with my sexy Green car last year

I agree. Any reason we can't just park in the layout they prescribe on a first come first served basis. Would be easier to organise if people cancel or join at last minute. First 40 cars or whatever are on the list then a reserve list.

Don't you think red trousers should be compulsory so we recognise eachother?

Anyway it is now booked for SATURDAY MAY 25TH from 11:00-16:00.

Where did sat 25th may come from? Is the date sat 11th may? If that is the case I think we need to start a new thread with the correct and final date as the subject title. Let us know.

Now that I have typed it a few times, I should be able to manage it.

SATURDAY 25TH OF MAY NOT THE 11TH AT ALL BECAUSE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE. IT IS DEFINITELY SATURDAY THE 25TH OF MAY.

Again, I apologise.
