AMOC West 75th Anniversary Meet attenders:

You know how stunning it is to see a car club traveling en masse?  What could be cooler than a caravan of Aston Martins on a 500 mile journey through central California and the Mojave desert?  Traffic will part, like the red sea.

I am looking for a show of hands for anyone interested in informal caravanning from the South Bay Area to Las Vegas for the AMOC Anniversary tour event in Las Vegas on April 8th.

My thought is to group in south San Jose.  It's about 525 miles or about 8hrs of driving time if we just picked up 5 and did the Bakersfield to Barstow to Vegas route.  (But there are more interesting routes like 101 to 198 and over 46 which offer some interesting roads at the expense of time and 30 additional miles -- depending on interest.)  There will be a few stops for fuel and food.

I'm thinking an 8:30am meetup and 6pm arrival in LV (7pm reception) as targets, but those are subject to change.

Please email me directly and I will start a mailing list for anyone interested.

Regards,

Eric Christenson
